I had so much fun photographing these two and they made my job so fun! It was chilly, then it was windy, then it rained and then the prettiest rainbow came out to end our session. We had a little bit of everything and it just made for some super pretty photos. Thanks again you two for toughing it out through being chilly and wet!

Also, I still have some openings in the Medicine Hat area from September 12th-24th (14th and 15th are booked). Please send me a message if you are interested in a session before I'm gone until next Spring. This spot would be super pretty in September 😉

*Super bittersweet announcement time.
My family and I have sold our house in Blackfalds and we are moving to Broussard, Louisiana. We will be leaving Blackfalds near the beginning of September and we get our new house near the end of September.
I will be available for sessions in the Medicine Hat area from September 12th-25th and I have September 27th open too. After that my books are closed for the time being but I will announce when I’m back visiting and hopefully I will still get to take some photos for all my favorite people!
I have truly appreciated all of your support and business while I have been back in Alberta. I have loved getting to photograph all my couples, families and grads! I have so many families that have returned time and time again and I can’t thank you enough!
This isn’t goodbye just see you a little less often ☺️

I may have a couple mid-late October dates open but I will update once I know for sure. After that my 2026 books are closed. I am not currently taking any bookings for 2027 and on quite yet.

Congratulations to Hailey on graduating at the end of last week! 🎓
I still can't get over how perfect our evening turned out. We rescheduled more times than I'd like to count and kept watching the forecast, wondering if the rain would ever cooperate. In the end, everything worked out exactly as it was supposed to. We had some of the most beautiful light I've ever photographed at Cypress, hardly any wind, and somehow... no bugs! We truly couldn't have asked for a better evening.
That gorgeous blue dress was absolutely made for Hailey and for photos at Cypress. Against all the lush greenery, it shimmered the whole time and looked so incredibly stunning. Hailey is such a beautiful young lady and photographing her seemed so effortless! It was such a joy to capture this exciting milestone for her and her family.
Congratulations again, Hailey! Wishing you all the best as you begin this next stage!

Last weekend I had the honour of photographing one of the most beautiful weddings! With rain almost every day leading up to and following June 13th, these two somehow ended up with the most perfect wedding day. The sun was shining, there was barely a breeze, and the temperature couldn't have been better. Their stunning venue Schott's Lake Conference & Resort provided the dreamiest backdrop for both their ceremony and reception.

As perfect as the day was, this couple was even better. From the moment I photographed their engagement session, it was obvious they were meant for each other. They are genuinely two of the sweetest people, and it was such an honour to be the only one there to witness their private vows. Being trusted to capture those intimate moments, along with all the laughter, happy tears, and love throughout the day, is something I won't soon forget.

I have so many more to share from this incredible wedding, but for now, here are a few instant favourites. ❤️
