Luc & Anne

This day was splendid. Filled with laughs, hugs, old friends, new friends, family, and people who travelled near and far ALL gathered to celebrate this amazing couple. And celebrate we did!

As always, Pine & Pond provided the perfect setting for a gorgeous day.

Aurora and Derek had a delightful wedding marked with thoughtful touches. Aurora was always thinking of others, including being worried about other people getting stung by wasps when she had just been stung herself (during the ceremony!). The most obvious thing of all, though, was how much these two adore each other.

Also, she made us personalized Disney cups, so now she is basically my favourite. 🥰

Rebecca + Justin

We had the absolute honour of being a part of Becca and Justin's intimate wedding ceremony. When you are only allowed 10 people (including your photographer!), it feels like an absolute privilege to be a part.

We started with a gorgeous ceremony at the iconic St. Joseph's Basilica. As they exited their gorgeous ceremony, they were surprised greeted by their friends and family, waiting outside the church, cheering and holding signs. It was such a lovely moment!

Then off to take some stunning portraits! I have to admit, I am a sucker for a dog in a bow tie and their golden doodle, Bruno, definitely stole the show.

Fun fact - Bruno was a huge part of us deciding to get our own doodle because he was so cute at Justin and Becca's engagement session!

We can't wait for the big party next year!

Misha + Ethan

Misha and Ethan had the most beautiful backyard wedding. After months of uncertainty, this wedding came together so perfectly. It was literally steps away from where we took their portraits, with their closest friends and family present. We laughed (a lot), and just had the best time! Ethan wins “the best suit of 2020” award, while Misha is walking away with “the most unique bouquet” award (it was made of wood!).

Congrats Misha and Ethan, we are honoured to have been a part of your wedding day!

Oh, and thank you for being patient when my (Stephanie’s) big, pregnant body and swollen feet couldn’t keep up with normal walking speeds. 😅

BAILEY & TONY

A special & relaxed day at one of our favourite venues (Pine & Pond). It may have also been the HOTTEST wedding of the year, literally, it was so very hot! We so enjoyed spending this day with B + T, and celebrating with the best pizza Ponoka has to offer! Also, Bailey and her dad did the best father-daughter dance we have ever seen, my face hurt from smiling by the tie it was over. Congrats Bailey & Tony, all our best!

Madison + Luke

We were so honoured to be included in on Madison & Luke's wedding day. They made us feel like family! We enjoyed witnessing their love to each other, their bridal party, their family, friends, and devotion to Jesus.

This weekend we had 2 amazing weddings at Pine and Pond Wedding Venue and we are just so full after spending time with amazing couples, and their closest friends and family, at one of our favourite venues. It was SO good to be back!!

Stay tuned because we will be posting both weddings this week and they are definitely worth seeing!! Until then, this very pregnant mama really needs some (or A LOT of) sleep, a foot rub, and a snack... or maybe 5.

Watching these two felt kind of like a time warp of ourselves. Young, innocent, in love, and ready to take on the world. It was so amazing watching these 2 interact with each other, especially how MUCH Caleb just adores Mariah. *see first look*. Also, can't you just feel the JOY these two shared?
