🐏 We Need Your Help Settling a Friendly Debate! 🐏

Stan and I have been going back and forth trying to decide which of these Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep cushions we like best... and honestly, we can't agree! πŸ˜„

A – The bold close-up portrait of this incredible ram we call "War-Worn Warrior"
or
B – "The Senators" a long lumbar cushion, featuring three magnificent rams relaxing high on a rocky mountainside.

We each have our favourite, but we'd love to know what you would choose.

πŸ‘‡ Comment A or B and tell us why! Would it be for your living room, cabin, bedroom, or maybe even your favourite reading chair?

Your feedback genuinely helps us decide which wildlife-inspired products to create more of in the future.

🍁 Proudly Canadian-made.
πŸ“· Inspired by our own wildlife photography.
🌿 Every purchase helps us continue giving back to nature.

πŸ“·Flashback Sunday: Being Completely Immersed in Nature 🐻

Some memories never fade.

Captured this month, a number of years ago, this photo takes us back to our very first guided trip to Alaska, where we experienced the incredible privilege of photographing Alaskan brown bears and their cubs in the wild.

It was just after 6:00 a.m. as we walked across the tidal flats toward the distant shoreline, where the bears would soon be digging for protein-rich clams. The air was still. Low-hanging clouds reflected perfectly in the pools of water around us, creating the surreal feeling that we were completely immersed in nature.

And then... there they were.

Wild bears, living exactly as nature intended. No fences. No crowds. No performances. Just bears going about their day with little concern that we were quietly observing from a respectful distance.

It's difficult to describe the feeling of witnessing wildlife in its natural habitat. There is a deep sense of gratitude, humility, and wonder that reminds you that we are visitors in their world.

Experiences like this continue to inspire so many of our wildlife designs and strengthen our commitment to giving back to the wild places and wildlife that have given us so much.

Have you ever experienced a moment in nature that left you speechless? We'd love to hear about it in the comments. ❀️

Sitting out on our balcony tonight... it sure is nice to see the mountains again & the blue sky peeking through all the smoke we've had this past week.

So grateful to all of those fighting the forest fires. May you stay safe and nature be on your side πŸ™πŸ’œ

Moments in Nature

You just never know when nature offers you a blessing...

Such was the case when we headed out early one morning to take in some of nature's therapy. As we stood by the road, listening to all the birds in the wetlands we were suddenly graced with a close fly by of a beautiful great blue heron. What a treat to witness as it gracefully flew across the wetlands and off into the distance. These large birds never cease to amaze us with their stealth-like, but very distinguishable flight, with their long legs straight out behind them. πŸ™πŸ’œ

Behind the Scenes... while out for an early morning drive.

This summer our weekends are filled with being at our booth at the markets here in the Columbia Valley. We're certainly enjoying meeting lots of new nature lovers passing through as well as seeing many of our reoccurring friends & supporters.

After seeing all our wildlife photos, people often comment that "we must be living the dream!" Yes we certainly have seen a lot, but in reality, as an entrepreneur, over 75% of our time is spent behind a computer. Whether it's editing, creating new product, inventory control, marketing etc., we just don't get out as much as we'd like to.

So this year we've agreed on a weekly Date Drive in nature everyTues. It's truly amazing how spending time outside not only is
rejuvenating but also increases your creativity & sharpens your senses.

So stay tuned as we play hooky from our office and share some of our rejuvinating weekly Date Drives with you πŸ’œπŸ¦…
