Well a couple nights painting, and a super windy (almost rainy) day today and my work here is complete!

Major thanks to the Cathedral Village Arts Festival for selecting me to be part of the street art this year! It was a fantastic experience. 👩‍🎨

I really appreciated everyone who walked and drove by and shared compliments to me while I worked! Also super thanks to my husband who brought me warmer clothes and coffee ☕, and my dog 🐶, Leonardo, for cheering me on!

I truly hope you all can enjoy this bench. Please also take time to check out some of the other artists' benches too! The Cathedral has never been more colourful! 🌈

So the cat is officially out of the bag thanks to my husband .schneider on Instagram! But if you haven't heard yet, I have been commissioned by the Cathedral Village Arts Festival to paint the bench and waste bin in front of École Connaught Community School on the corner of Elphinstone St and 13th Avenue in the Cathedral Village downtown Regina Saskatchewan!

I will be working on this project over the next 11 days while I recover from wisdom teeth surgery🦷🤕... so if you're in the neighborhood feel free to give me a wave, stop and say hi (socially distanced of course) take a selfie together or even better, drop off an iced coffee or ice cream🍦from Elle’s cafe on 13th Avenue!
The finished project should be ready to view by Sunday May 30th!!!
