Sent home this week. I truly had the best time with these two for their elopement and I am so grateful to these amazing humans who keep asking me back. This back drop was absolutely dreamy, please give me more mountain elopements!

It was a little chilly and a it sprinkled a little, but it waited until after the ceremony and we were still able to grab some stunning shots. With her daughter as officiant, the most beautiful handfast rope and gorgeous rings, plus the mountain backdrop and a sniff of whiskey to finish off the day, I couldn't have asked for a better day.

It has been a crazy busy weekend over here... We were up at 2:30am Friday to get the teams down to the Calgary Stampede ...

It has been a crazy busy weekend over here... We were up at 2:30am Friday to get the teams down to the Calgary Stampede Parade. Yesterday the PLHDR crew got to celebrate a very special wedding and today this fam is heading down to Innisfail to check out the sights and hopefully hit up Irvines (sorry about that to my bank account).

Anyways... I don't have a lot of time today but wanted to get a little sneak of Friday up for everyone!

June’s camera roll! I started a new job which meant a trip to Manitoba and a lot of time with chickens. There was riding and rain, time with friends, second shooting a wedding, catching a sunrise or two, grad and branding photo sessions and some quiet time with family. June was a great start to summer, now I just need some sun!

Since it refuses to stop raining, I decided to maybe it's time to share some more snow photos. Perhaps that will convin...
