My pals over @ Grounded Getaway have been on hiatus for the past few months awaiting this meeting! They have a unique farm stay that features so many local vendors and is truly a beautiful experience! Please help them get their rezoning!

The Council for the Township of Guelph/Eramosa will be hosting a Public Meeting to consider a proposed amendment to Zoning By-law 40/2016. The Zoning By-law Amendment application, known as file ZBA02-26, refers to the lands known municipally as 5722 Seventh Line. The purpose of the application is to:
▪️Permit an agri-tourism business, along with the overnight accommodations of guests, as an on-farm diversified use (OFDU) on the property.
We invite all interested members of the public to join us in reviewing the proposed amendment on Monday, May 11th, 2026 at 1:00pm EST. The meeting will be held at the Township office at 8348 Wellington Road 124, and virtually via Zoom.
