Tim Osborne Photography I'm Tim Osborne, a photographer based out of St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. I am a photographer based out of St.

With a primary focus on wildlife, sports, and events, I bring a passion for capturing the personality and character of my subjects. Albert, Alberta, Canada with a primary focus on wildlife, though I do dip into sports and portrait photography on occasion. I am a strong supporter of wildlife conservation and ethical wildlife photography. All photos are taken ethically which means that the welfare of the animal is my first priority. No animals are baited or manipulated for my photography.

The rain finally let up a bit last night so I decided to make my way over to the local wetlands. Barn Swallows turned out to be the main attraction and I was happy to finally get a decent in-flight shot of one of them!

A co-worker let me know that there were a family of foxes hanging around his worksite, so of course I had to check it out. I always admire the resourcefulness of these families in finding places to make a home as they raise their young.

This past weekend I had my first opportunity to take in an F1 race, the Grand Prix du Canada in Montreal. It was such an amazing experience from start to finish. So much exciting action on the track and wonderful people from all around the world sharing a passion for motorsports. Hope to get the chance to take in another one day.

Exposed Wildlife Conservancy, in collaboration with the Grizzly Bear Foundation and Alberta Wilderness Association, have launched a campaign calling on the Government of Alberta to maintain the current closure of the provincial grizzly bear hunt after recent public statements from the Minister of Forestry and Parks indicating that reopening Alberta’s grizzly bear hunt is under consideration to address human-bear conflict.

‍With no current population data and no credible evidence that hunting reduces human-wildlife conflict, there is no clear scientific basis for reinstating the hunt of a threatened species.

Learn more about the issue and how you can take action at the attached link.

Every year, wildlife and people collide on our roads, often with tragic consequences. In Alberta and British Columbia, highways cut through the very valley bottoms that grizzly bears, wolves, and cougars depend on to move, find food, and raise their young.
