2025, in pieces.

This small collection barely scratches the surface of a very full year—but it holds some of the moments that stayed with me.

Weddings that felt intimate and expansive all at once.
Engagement sessions filled with anticipation.
Growing families. New babies. Belly laughs. Windy beaches.
Dance floors that refused to empty.

Every season looks different.

Some couples wanted quiet vows and a handful of witnesses.
Some wanted a packed room and a full band.
Some were just beginning their story.
Some were adding to it.

What I love most is the through line—connection.
The way people reach for each other without thinking.
The way a room shifts when something meaningful is happening.

This is the work I’m grateful to keep doing.

As I look ahead to 2026, I have a handful of dates still available in May, June, September, and October for intimate weddings and elopements, as well as maternity and family sessions.

It’s been quiet here for a while.

Not because I stopped loving this work.
Not because I stopped creating.

But because I’ve been in a season of becoming.

Over the past ten months, I’ve lost 60 pounds—and I’m still going. I still have a ways to go before I reach my goal. But somewhere along the way, the transformation stopped being only physical.

I’ve been rebuilding my strength. Reworking my routines. Learning how to care for my body and my energy in a way that feels sustainable—thank you, Wolf Den Fitness Studio, for the "life support".

I’ve also been pouring myself into building Marmalade Home & Gift Boutique—growing something tangible in my community while quietly reshaping myself as a wife, daughter, friend, active community member, and creative entrepreneur behind the scenes.

I’ve been figuring out how to live and work in a way that supports my health, my creativity, and my very busy ADHD brain—learning how I actually work and learning how to give myself permission to build my life around that—so that when I show up, I’m present. Clear. Grounded. Committed.

I’ve been working on being happy again.

It’s humbling to realize that growth doesn’t arrive all at once. It happens quietly. In small, consistent choices. In showing up again and again. And it’s messy—very messy—at times.

Photography has been the constant through all of it.

Through every season of growth.
Through every shift.

And the fact that some of you have stayed here through the years means more than I can say.

I’m still in it. Still learning. Still figuring life out as I go. But my belief in this work hasn’t wavered.

Photos matter—not just for what they look like, but for what they hold.

And whether you’ve been here for years or you’re just finding your way here now, I’m grateful you’re here.

Awesome new sailing adventure coming to Saint Andrews this summer. Anybody wanna elope on a sailboat?

Out to Lunch Sailing is calling St. Andrews, New Brunswick home this summer ⚓️

But before our first guests ever step aboard, our 42 foot luxury catamaran has already made a pretty incredible journey!

We picked her up in late September in Georgian Bay, Ontario and for the next three months sailed south to the Bahamas, where she will spend the winter.

We will be sailing her back north in May and launching our St. Andrews charter season — ready, dialed in, and very much out to lunch!

We’re excited to share the journey and can’t wait to welcome you aboard this summer to enjoy peaceful sails in Passamaquoddy Bay and the historic St Croix River with drinks and gourmet snacks.

This moment lives rent free in my mind, and it probably always will.

I’ve photographed hundreds of wedding “grand entrances” before but nothing like Aya and Mo’s Zaffa.

Aya’s brothers led the way, followed by Mo’s brother and sister, Aya’s parents and then Aya and Mo. They were welcomed with beautiful sounds of elation!

Their family and friends—who traveled from all over Canada and as far as Dubai, surrounded the couple, with joyful exuberance, ushering the couple into their long awaited wedding celebration.

While this is the moment that always comes to mind when I think of Aya and Mo’s wedding, the entire day and the beautiful moments I was there to document and preserve will forever be a highlight of my career.

When I look at this photo, I can feel all the joy, hear all the sounds of love and celebration—I’m transported back to this Cottage by the Bay wedding.

Sarah Jayne & Yohannes / sweet elopement at Gallery 78.

Their parents and siblings travelled from all over the world—literally, to join them for their intimate ceremony and to celebrate their marriage. Sarah Jayne’s mom even made their gluten free cake!

Gallery 78 is such a great space for an intimate wedding or elopement in Fredericton and their staff is always so great to work with. And the is some incredible green space across the street for portraits in the summer and fall!
