The ARCf of Saint John held a cultural season opening reception in the Salon Irène Grant Guérette on Friday 11 September 2026. The evening wrapped up with a musical performance by the Acadian group La Galère in the Louis Vermeerscht theatre.

The Saint John Arts Centre's opening reception on Sept 4 2026.
Featuring the Narrative Paintings of Paul Mathieson: A 40-Year Retrospective dominates the lower galleries at Saint John Arts Centre from September 4th through October 23rd.
The upper galleries feature the following displays:
RÉSILIENCE AU TEMPS. A private collection of works from the ARCF.
MY FELTING JOURNEY. Works by artist Sandra Alston.
AN ATTEMPT AT REALISM. Works by artist Andrew McIntosh.
MARITIME LANDMARKS IN CLAY. Works by artist Maria Guevara.
WINDOWS. A collective display of works from artists: Polina Karaseva, Arryan Abbas, Suabedah Hussin, Dalia, Maelys Kebba, Cherine Ladoul, Simon Asmash, Saron Asmash, Arnica Seyedkhandan and Emily Mgbere.

What a perfect way to wrap up the summer concert series! 🎶 Blankets, lawn chairs, and incredible music from Today Jr at the Rothesay Commons last night. Their alt-pop energy was the perfect soundtrack for a beautiful evening in the park.

The 2026 Founders Cup in Saint John,NB. August 16-22 2026.
Over 8 days of competition, teams from across Canada battled for the Jr B National Championship. The level is fast, physical and highly competitive.
These are pictures from the Gold medal game, featuring the Akwesasne Thunder vs the Seneca WarChiefs.
The Thunder pulled off a convincing victory with an 11-4 game.

La Coupe des Fondateurs 2026 à Saint John (Nouveau-Brunswick), du 16 au 22 août 2026. Pendant huit jours de compétition, des équipes de partout au Canada se sont affrontées pour le titre de champion national junior B.
Le niveau est rapide, physique et très compétitif.
Voici des photos de la finale pour la médaille d'Or, opposant les Akwesasne Thunder aux Seneca WarChiefs.
Les Thunder ont remporté une victoire convaincante de 11 à 4.
