Give the gift of Local this Holiday season! or there will be no Local to shop ;)

My sister and her family were featured in this year's Chamber Gift Guide and they couldn't have picked a better family! They keeps it Local and you should too!

I see a couple of items that we used to carry which are now available on the pantry shelf of her store A Handmade Tale and a lot of other goodies from shops not mentioned! (Big shout outs to others not necessarily pictured but who we LOVE: Dark Matter Toys, Mrytle and Given, as well as Streamliners, RubyBlues, STEPAC and Lotus Thai!)

Alan, Julie and their daughter Abby moved to a home in downtown St. Thomas in 2016. Julie has owned A Handmade Tale, a retail shop on Talbot Street, that supports local makers, vendors and artisans, since 2020. Supporting local businesses and families is of utmost importance to the Hosfords and you can find them at any St Thomas restaurant enjoying a meal or shopping at any of the wonderful, locally owned shops downtown for great gifts and unique to our community items.

The Ice Box may be on hiatus until next year (May 2023), but we have half pints in our freezer! Strawberry, Key Lime Pie, and Pumpkin Patch --until supplies last!
