Gentleman Mike Ejeagha is an iconic figure in our cultural history. For the past nine years, I have passionately spoken about his immense contributions, ensuring that people knew he was still with us. This consistent advocacy has filled me with pride, especially witnessing the overwhelming support and celebration he received three years ago from hundreds of good people, and the current national and even international celebration of him, generated by Brain Jotter.

However, our homage to him and our love for his timeless music must not fade with fleeting trends. We owe it to ourselves to uphold the greatness among us and take the necessary steps to honor our legends properly.

Let us ensure that the celebration of this extraordinary Folklorist continues unabated, transcending momentary sensationalism.

“Gwo Gwo Gwo” was popular in the 70s and 80s, telling the story of how the tortoise tricked his friend the elephant into believing the King wanted him (the elephant) to be the chairman of his Ofala festival, leading to the song’s title, “Ka esi le onye isi oche” (how the chairman was sold).

"My girlfriend has been cheating on me, so one day I come to realize she saved me "Dad" on her cell phone buh I never bother asking her why she did save me "Dad" on her phone.

Last week I tried several times calling her buh she never picked my call, so last Sunday I a new number calling and I decided to pick the call. It was a guy who introduced himself as Kelvin, he called me dad and confessed that he's in love with my daughter. Out of my sharp brain I asked him which daughter since I have more than one and said Anita and yet Anita was my girlfriend 🥺. I asked him if he's with Anita and he said yes.

He said he has got my number from Anita's phone without her consent cause he wanted to surprise me without her knowing. He asked me if I have received Credit Alert of #550,000 which he sent directly to my account. I quickly checked, confirm the alert and then said yes. He said that cash was my pocket money and he is planning to come home soon. He wished me well and promised to send more as day goes.
