Not a fancy picture, just a little life update 😉
Yesterday my oldest turned 2 🥹 and my second is almost 4 months old.

This season of life has been BUSY. 🤍

I jumped back into photography just 7 weeks postpartum, and somewhere along the way I realized I was trying to run my business like I didn’t just have a baby.

As much as I love photography, these little boys won’t stay little forever. I’m learning that it’s okay to slow down and be present, even if that means I can’t do everything.

If you’ve sent me a message recently, thank you for your patience. Between serving my current clients, editing galleries, photographing weddings, and soaking up this season with my family, I simply don’t have the capacity to respond to every inquiry as quickly as I’d like.

I’m fully booked for all 2026 and 2027 weddings, and while I truly appreciate every inquiry that comes my way, I may not be able to reply to every message.

There was a time when booking even one wedding felt impossible.

Now here I am, right in the thick of it.

The thick of photography. The thick of motherhood. The thick of building a life I once only dreamed about.

I think sometimes I get so focused on the day-to-day that I forget to step back and see the bigger picture.

The returning clients. The couples who trust me with their memories. The clients who become friends. The little moments that somehow turned into a career.

I was never the girl who felt particularly great in academics. I wasn’t the best in most classes, and for a long time I wondered what I was supposed to be good at.

But somewhere along the way, I found my thing.

A career that doesn’t feel like work. A business built on connection, trust, and preserving memories.

And here I am, doing the dang thing. 🤍
