After a brief summer hiatus - moving into our new studio, tackling a packed schedule, and soaking up a little Saskatchewan sunshine - The Studio D Podcast is back. 🎙️

We’re settled into the new space, Matt is back behind the mic, and we have an all-new lineup of guests ready to join us for conversations about business, creativity, leadership, community and everything in between.

Matt had the opportunity to take the stage at DisruptHR YXE, hosted by CPHR Saskatchewan in partnership with Talk Talk - and this was definitely not your typical speaking event.

The format? 5 minutes. 20 slides. 15 seconds per slide. Auto-advancing. No stopping. 😅

With 15 speakers taking on topics around HR, leadership, workplace culture, change and the future of work, the pace was fast, the ideas were bold, and every speaker brought a completely different perspective to the room.

For Matt, it was a chance to step outside the usual Studio D conversations, share a few ideas of his own, and embrace a speaking format that keeps you very much on your toes.

A huge thank you to Caroline Berglundt, Ashlee Langlois, CPHR Saskatchewan and Talk Talk for bringing DisruptHR to YXE and creating space for conversations that challenge how we think about people, leadership and work.

And to each of the 15 speakers who stepped up to the mic - thank you for sharing your ideas, experiences and perspectives. It takes courage to distill something meaningful into five very fast minutes, and it made for an incredibly engaging night.
