Canadian Interski Team member Ali Hunter breaks down the right way to bend in the turn. Most skiers bend backward from the waist, disconnecting them from the outside ski.
➡️ The Fix: Bend in your DOWNHILL HIP FLEXOR! ⬅️
This simple cue does two things:
1. It keeps your hips stacked over your outside (downhill) foot.
2. It allows you to easily lift and manage your inside ski.

Stop bending back to the inside leg, and start bending forward at the downhill hip!
