I finished a successful (I think) project on an old ornament today. It's a resin Holstein cow with some flowers and milk bottle; probably from the 1990s? I cleaned, carved, and repainted. Then added a surprise addition to complete my experiment.

Dormers can be challenging, but I got this one ready for a roof. Working on a new project. My sister and I make up art challenges to do and then we do a reveal to each other. Meet Sasha. ❤️ She is the first doll I've ever made. Her name means "defender" or "helper". She has stitching on her torso representing the scars on my torso from 4 major surgeries; a record of my life path and to remind me that transformation involves change and, sometimes, scars. She has green eyes and a Mona Lisa smile. She has much love and magical healing powers.
In her words: "I am a vision of sparkle and colour bringing love, happiness and warmth to the heart of she whom I protect. I am Sasha. ❤️"
