On Sunday I had the privilege of spending the day with Ho’omaka Hanu A Ke Aloha Polynesian Dance Society. From rehearsal to backstage to all the preparing and getting ready for their show. Their shows are always amazing and I always love watching. I get sucked into the emotion and art of dance. This time seeing it all come together on the day was something incredible. This group of amazingly talented and dedicated people were all connected. Not just through their love of dance but connected at heart. I saw them all helping and encouraging each other. From hair to makeup to costumes. Heart to heart moments shared that brought such an intense energy of togetherness. A community within themselves and that poured out on stage. And for a moment we, as the audience, got to experience it.

A beautiful show, incredible dancers and something to take away from this for me is you need to find your people in whatever it is that speaks to your soul.

If you haven’t had the chance to experience this dance company, I highly highly recommend you do! You will find a love of the culture, the dance, the music, the energy, the connection. 🥰

I haven’t been very active here over the last few years. I was going through my own struggles.

BUT I AM BACK!!! So happy to have had this spark relit in my soul.

I will do some updating here but I would really really love to have an actual website as there’s soo many more options available.

I am healthy, mind, body and spirit and ready to start making plans and I’ve even had people reach out to me and im already taking a few bookings. Yippeee!!

Cannot not express how excited I am!!!

Thank you to all of you that have supported my photography business over the many years!

It was a great day for a family group session (a planned surprise). Last minute location change was perfect. I love how these turned out, yes because they are family, but it was the laughter, the smiles, the spending time all together, the memories made. A wonderful family that I get to be part of. ❤️ I love giving the gift of photography, and seeing the reaction from the parents of these three beautiful siblings, even made me cry.

It’s such a precious part of my life having a grandchild. She is such a beautiful little soul. Her laughter flows through my ears like music. Her sweetness warms my heart. I’ve always loved photographing families, this one is just extra special. Our little Isabella Rose. Nanny’s little Belle. 💗
