My name is Brooke and I am a full time photographer living here in Slave Lake for the last 5 years. My love of lifestyle photography began when my first child was born. Every precious moment was captured and preserved with photography. This carried on with my other 2 children. I continued to refine my craft, while raising my family of 3 children under 5! Lifestyle Photography has become my passion

and direction. What is Lifestyle photography? It means that most of my time with you will be spent documenting your family through photography. Little to no posing required! I encourage children to explore and play with each other and parents too! Lets capture those genuine moments of laughter and joy! Tickle fights and snuggles are a must! I of course give prompts too! But I really aim to bring out the uniqueness of your family! I'm an open book, always willing to meet with a client to discuss their session in further detail. Some sessions are planned around perfect weather… and then there are the ones where you just embrace whatever Mother Nature throws at you. And honestly? I think these might be some of my favourites. 😍🌧️✨

Mikaila and Lynnlie have been coming to me since the very beginning, so getting to watch Lynnlie grow through my camera over the years has been such a special part of being their photographer. 🥹🤍 And this time, I finally got to meet Dylon! 👏🥰

He literally lifted our session to new heights 😂 But seriously… there’s something so beautiful about a family session that doesn’t feel overly posed. Just a little girl running barefoot through the water, parents wrapped around each other, quiet moments, big laughs, and all those little pieces of connection that make a family theirs. 🥰

Tawnee + Isaiah 🤍✨

This beachy maternity session was absolutely breathtaking… and not just because of the crazy wind! 😂 I’m giving that wind partial credit for these images because it brought so much movement and magic to the whole session.

These two beautiful souls are about to welcome a sweet baby girl into the world, and I couldn’t be more obsessed with the way their connection came through in these photos. 🥹🤍

There’s just something about chemistry, a flowy dress, golden light, and a beautiful sunset that creates pure magic. Every time I step behind my camera, it feels like I’m staring at a blank canvas, waiting for the colors, movement, and emotion to come to life.

And Tawnee + Isaiah? They made it so easy. ✨

I cannot wait to see these two become parents to their sweet girl. 💕

After 12 years together, two beautiful girls, and a whole lot of life shared side by side… they finally got to say I do. 🥹

Their wedding day was intimate, laid-back, and so incredibly personal. From getting ready surrounded by family, to a beautiful ceremony with Dog Island in the background, and ending the evening celebrating at Marten Beach—it was the kind of day that was all about the people they love most.

Oh, and did I mention Cori ARRIVED TO THE CEREMONY IN A HELICOPTER?! 🚁😍 Because if that doesn’t make for an unforgettable entrance, I don’t know what does!

Cori + Josh, your day was beautiful because it was so completely you. I hope these photos always take you right back to how it felt to be surrounded by your favourite people, celebrating the love and life you’ve built together.

Seven years?! 🥹🤍

Seven years of photographing Sharla + Jamie and their kiddos. I may have to put together a little compilation of all their past sessions because, honestly… they’re always so good! 😂

We broke our streak last year because I caught a bug that decided it wanted to stick around for MONTHS. 😅 So getting everyone back in front of my camera this year felt extra special.

And the girls?! They showed up and surprised the heck out of me with how much they’ve grown! I swear I blinked and suddenly they’re so grown up. 🥲

Although… Paislyn is still very much Paislyn. 😂🤍 Lord, give us one more year of stick holding. 😂

There’s something so special about getting to photograph a family year after year and watching their story unfold through my lens. The kids grow, their personalities change, and somehow every session still feels so completely them.

I’m so happy we’re back to our yearly tradition. 🌊☀️🤍

Madi & Kendal, what an incredible celebration of your love.

I've known these two for quite some time, and watching their journey from dating, to raising the sweetest little family, and now becoming husband and wife has been so special. The love you share is so genuine, and it's evident in every story, every laugh, and every moment you spend together.

From the vintage getaway car to the donut wall (which was definitely a guest favourite 🍩😉), every detail reflected who you are as a couple, joyful and full of personality. Your day was beautiful not because everything was perfectly planned, but because it was filled with so much love, laughter, and the people who mean the most to you.

Ugh... newborn sessions have my whole heart. 🤍✨

I get to spend a few hours surrounded by the sweetest sleepy sighs, tiny stretches, and yes... sneaking in a few newborn snuggles. But if I'm honest, that's not even my favourite part.

My favourite part is getting to preserve this chapter for Mom and Dad.

I know just how quickly these days disappear. One day they're tiny enough to fit in your arms, and before you know it, those sleepy newborn cuddles are just a memory.

Newborn sessions aren't something you rush. We pause for diaper changes, feeding breaks, extra cuddles, and all the little moments in between. We swap birth stories, laugh about the realities of parenthood, share diaper rash remedies, and celebrate this brand-new little life together.

It's never just about taking beautiful photos.

It's about slowing down, soaking it all in, and preserving a season you'll never get back.

And I truly can't imagine doing anything else. 🤍
