August 6, 2025 Congratulations to Sindy and Andrew on their recent wedding! I also want to publicly thank them for the opportunity to capture their special day. They overcame a lot of obstacles to see this day come to fruition. One of which was the weather. Had the honour of shooting a wedding at and was mesmerized by Gordon's neck tattoo of a barred owl, which lead into a pre-pre-mini shoot with him and his girlfriend, who was one of the bridesmaids. They had travelled all the way from Nunavut for the wedding.

It’s been 20 years since I shot film. Even then it was usually with modern SLRs. But shortly after returning to Canada, I lucked upon a flea market find with quite a few cameras many from before the 1950s.
