Hello to all photographers and travel enthusiasts on my friend list. Shelly and I have formed Marshel adventure tours! we have run several trips already and are looking for some keen photographers to join us in British Columbia this fall to photograph Grizzlys and other wildlife in the river (from boats). This trip is at the end of September.
We have an opening for one lady in October 29-November 11 for a super luxurious trip in Kenya doing night hides, game drives, and Heli trips (if desired)

Update: probably lengthy post as well. I hear passengers from the Americas complaining, but I understand. These delays are not strictly airplane related. This country is not used to snow for this length of time, trains have stopped running, busses are late or cancelled, people dont know how to drive on such roads and cars are not set for snow and ice conditions. SO: people car not able or late for work, everyone is running on skeleton staff here..some of the shops are closed. If you dont have employees to load baggage, guide planes in, get tickets ready etc....u R screwed!!
On the other hand the lounges stayed open all night instead of closing so that people who could not be given hotel vouchers (they were all full) could get a little snooze in.
P.S. The above reason is why KLM tried to get me to go home and come back the next day to fly west jet to Orlando then Delta Orlando to Amsterdam. However, I noticed that the Orlando flight is very late coming in (DELTA airlines) they are likely not going to be able to make the Delhi connection!! Glad I got stubborn and insisted on booking my own hotel.
