So I haven't posted since I started my season. Tree planting was wild ad dealing with van fixes has also been wild. Now that I have the time blogging is going to become more regular. There will be updates just on my current situations, informational blogs on climbing and more about BC living. My website is below give it a visit when you get a few minuets 🥰

So a lot has happened this year…overall my life has been all over the place and I’ve chosen to make the best of every situation I’ve encountered. Staying positive in moments of stress is a difficult task to do. Like I’ve said before, tree planting and all the crazy circumstances has definite...

So Renga is going in for some much needed maintenance, finally been able to troubleshoot that it is in fact a head gasket, along with that there’s a lot of other work that needs to be done. It’s going to be sad not having her for the first month of tree planting, but also be very rewarding to get her back and have her in operating condition. she’s definitely been a problem child that’s for sure but it’s been a huge learning experience along the way just super thankful we made it here to BC with all of these issues that I didn’t know about. Someone’s definitely watching over us 💙🤙🏻

Breaking down in Nelson was crazy and scary but also I think part of the plan that destiny set out for us. We had an incredible time with amazing friends and seen some great sites that we would have never of seen. This journey has been so crazy with ups and downs but that’s part of the experience right? Put yourself through mental and emotional stress...yeah things may become overwhelming but the silver lining is you learn from those situations and become so much stronger for the future! Currently we are running without lights music or four ways because I’ve had some electrical problems...
so many people ask me why are you driving an import vehicle across Canada... you know you’re probably gonna break down... you realize it’s not going to be an easy drive... The reason I chose this vehicle is because of how strong the community is behind Delica! So many people across Canada I’ve helped me along this journey and I could’ve not made it to this destination without their help, The more incredible part is people still continue to reach out and extend kindness to help me along my journey and in today’s society it’s really heartwarming to see. 🥲 I want to say a big thank you do you everyone who has extend out suggestions and helping hands along the way I wouldn’t be here with all of you and your support. 💙 just feeling incredibly appreciate it right now🙏🏻 only 40 minutes away from camp destination with a couple days to spare. Some incredible kind souls at our next location I have offered to help try and troubleshoot my electrical issues... gahhhh the power of positive thought is incredible

With this break down it has allowed me to see in full spectrum the work I got done...and boy I’m super impressed with Hunters work! Every mechanic has been highly impressed thus far. If your looking for extra protection I suggest reaching out to HartleyBuilt on Instagram!

So the summit really hit this babe hard, like really hard. Just had an oil change and knew I would have to take her easy because the manifold had a leak. Made it 6 hours of our journey, last hour of the trip she starts over heating, the transmission...Calgary to Nelson. We were almost there, unfortunately she couldn’t go any further and we had no service. I was prepared to go walking for service, but I am so thankful that I had touched base before hand because my girl’s boyfriend came looking for us after some time had passed. I have never been so thankful in my life to see a familiar face. CAA is picking Renga up and I’m safe & sound thanks to my incredible friends. For now it’s time to get some rest and make a game plan in the morning. For me it’s 4AM ...today has been wild but I’m so thankful for my friends supporting me during this hard time.
