Not today little buddy!

As much as I wanted to fly the drone for today’s listing shoot, it just wasn’t going to happen. With the flight system in many drones (including mine) being controlled by “geofencing” I couldn’t have launched if I wanted to, simply based on my location according to GPS

Restricted airspace can happen for a few reasons including proximity to an airport, a prison, emergency sites (forest fires etc), National Parks and even a few that you wouldn’t expect (Westminster Abby for example)

Maybe it’s the boy in me, but I’ve always been fascinated with large scale construction projects, and seeing how things are made. This project is no exception. Our new bridge crossing that will replace the aging Patullo Bridge, has caught my attention from day 1. I marvel at the design concept, the engineering that makes it all work, and moreso how they designed and bridges in the old days without the use of computers, GPS, and all the other technology we have today.

I can’t wait to drive over the new one, without the “white knuckle scare” that happens on the current one. Am I right!?

Welcome home! Checkout this lovely, family home at 7777 Stamford Place, North Delta! Amazing curb appeal, lots of living space shared over 2 levels (with a couple of splits to keep it interesting), located on a corner lot, in a cul-de-sac! What more could you want?

I have to remind myself sometimes to “shoot for the fun of it”. When I first started making photographs, that’s what it was… just for fun. When it became a profession for me around years ago, the fun didn’t wear off as I always love creating images, but it was always “on assignment”. Lately it’s been more work, less play, so with that it mind I took the time (after a professional shoot) to shoot just for ME! I was losing light, but I think that helped with the final product. This is over the Fraser River in Hope.

MODERN ARCHITECTURE: This condo building in Langley is definitely one of the most unique in the city! Such a cool style! The luxurious interior presents itself like a high end hotel, with an amazing lobby complete with concierge, fabulous amenities and incredible finishings throughout!

The 2 bedroom corner home listed by has the wow factor as well! High kitchen, lots of windows and 2 balconies… one of which seems to go on forever, and has a view of the mountains!
