I swear, this is the new “thanks! It has pockets!” Because I get complimented on this all the time and I basically get the same reaction.

And no it doesn’t tarnish. And yes it also comes in silver and rose gold. This isn’t an ad but I’m seriously obsessed with it! you nailed it! I better not be seeing any hair ties on anyone’s wrists at weddings ever again! 👀

Consider your candids handled.

In a lot of wedding inquiries and consult calls, I hear that candids are a big priority for couples. And (kind of a hot take coming) but you really can’t plan for them. They just happen. And a lot of the wedding photos out there that look candid- really aren’t. These ones though. These one are.

Some of my favourite candid moments from weddings last year have often come from me noticing something small and taking a photo. Either a small moment, a small action, anything that’s just a brief moment that brings a smile to my face.

Thoughts while taking some of these:
2 made me think “this is girlhood”
5 made me smile
7 made me laugh (and everyone else too). Shoutout
12 just made me melt and I’m so glad I saw it coming

I had such a blast at The Ultimate Bridal Show today! I love chatting with fellow vendors, meeting guests and hearing all about their wedding plans and running into clients as they plan their weddings 🥰

The giveaway is open until Tuesday for those attendees who got a hold of the brochures (follow the QR code!) and results will be shared via email newsletter on Friday.

The first blog post from the season!

Morgan and Isaac had a wedding that inspired me from the beginning. They split their wedding into two days and kept both of those days to their closest people. My favourite part (which you’ll read about) aside from how much fun we had, was the walk down the aisle 🥹

This year was lots of shooting. I think I’ve taken more photos this year than the last 5 years combined! And it is the best. thing. ever.

The numbers are there, sure, but the numbers don’t tell you about the new friends I’ve made, the photos that make you feel the moment, the laughs I’ve had holding up privacy shields, and all the evenings I’ve spent cheesing at photos as I edit them (my cheeks still hurt). I could keep listing things off and telling you all the highlights that made this year what it is, but I think I would run out of characters.

Thank you to all of my amazing clients and friends who have made this year what it is. I couldn’t thank you enough! 2025 has been a year of insane growth, new experiences, incredible memories. I can’t wait to show you all what other amazing things I have planned for next year!
