THE best weekend. Friday dinner at The Irish Harp Pub: starters -perogies; entrees - St. Pat's Irish stew and their new Kilkenny Ale Pie with lamb, root veggies in kilkenny ale gravy surrounded by puff pastry; dessert - chef's creme brulee...Saturday, enjoyed the sights, smells, sounds of the annual Niagara-on-the-Lake Ice Wine Festival. All the while being pampered with gourmet breakfasts, cozy afternoon treats and a sumptious bedroom at the Gatekeeper's Retreat thanks, David! To our new friends Kelly Anne and Mike, we loved our breakfast time and conversation - see you again at the Peach Festival!
