Between the crosses, row on row,

Just a quick reminder if any of you are feeling overwhelmed or like your juggling all the balls without enough hands below to catch them, just know that you are not alone.

Know that shifts are taking place, that all the moving parts are coordinating to create a much bigger plan for you.

At the same time respect your boundaries, keep to your non-negotiables, and take time to observe if all the 'parts' are serving you.
If some aspects of your circumstances are not serving you-surrender and let them go!

What if you could really lean into the magic of the moment rather then looking back on a memory with appreciation and fondness.

What if you made a decision to really soak up the beauty in the millions of tiny miracles unfolding right before your eyes.

The beauty in the mundane.
The magic in the moment, not just the reflection of it?

Would you grab ahold of it and be fully present?!

We collected ‘wormens’ this afternoon for hours. It was magical. And this photo will forever remind me to soak up every minute of the journey.

To lean into growth and discovery with awe, wonder and appreciation.

I’m approaching this coming year keeping these intentions at heart:

1. Less last minute hustling. More organized boundaries.

2. Less settling. More claiming

3. Less striving. More surrender.

I intend on following what FEELS right and in alignment with my inner expansion irregardless of what anyone else thinks!

…and just like that we are already entering the holiday season…

Reminder ~ the holiday season can be extremely stressful for small businesses, families, co-workers…anyone and everyone.

It’s ok to say ‘wow I’m in the midst of a total sh* show…’

There are a lot of moving parts happening behind the tiny squares of IG…

Real life is not intended to be ‘picture perfect’ nor would there be any fun it that! The richness of life lies within our perceived imperfections.

The Sh* show and ‘triggers’ are all opportunities for deeper conversations, connections…our evolution and unfolding as humans.

So go gently.

Be kind to yourself & others.

Open up the ‘hard’ conversations that are beyond the fluffy topics.

Set your boundaries and gracefully keep to them.

Take Rest.

Practice gratitude daily.
