Photos tell a story. I’m curious what story is being told in this set? Please let me know in the comments.

Somewhere between the light and the shadows, there is peace. A reminder that even in the darkness, we can find our light, stand in stillness, and simply be.

A quiet shoreline, golden-hour light, and a solitary visitor wading through the shadows. Sometimes, the most beautiful moments in nature are the ones that ask nothing of us but to slow down and simply observe.

Three frames. One peaceful moment. A little reminder to find beauty in the stillness.

Autumn putting on its finest show at Astotin Lake.

The fall colours reflected perfectly across the calm water, creating that magical moment where it’s hard to tell where the forest ends and the reflection begins.

Some views are worth slowing down for.

I was standing still… he was the one coming my way.

One moment, just a quiet trail. Then this curious coyote appeared, walking straight toward me before stopping for that unforgettable stare.

Wildlife photography is all about patience—and sometimes, the wildlife decides to come to you.

I’ll take this kind of trail encounter any day.

🌽 Lost in the corn, found in the moment. 🌻

A day at the Edmonton Corn Maze—wandering winding paths, laughing at wrong turns, soaking up the sunshine, and pretending we totally knew where we were going. 😂

Good company, a little adventure, and plenty of corn to get lost in. 🌽☀️

Sunshine, sunflowers & a little bit of magic.

When the light hits just right, even a field of sunflowers knows how to steal the show.

Landing softly on a golden bloom, gathering what it needs, giving something back in return. A reminder that even the smallest moments can carry a little purpose, a little beauty, and a little wonder.

Sometimes, you just have to slow down enough to notice. 💛

Blue Jay: Portrait Session 🪶💙
The demands:
✔️ Best angle
✔️ Perfect lighting
✔️ Plenty of peanuts
✔️ Absolutely NO criticism of the plumage

The attitude? Free of charge.
A little attitude. A little curiosity. And absolutely no shortage of confidence.

This handsome fellow stopped by for his close-up—and apparently decided he was ready for his portfolio.

One bird. Several expressions. Zero apologies. 😂
