There are some new changes that I thought I would update everyone on.
1. Refund policy: No refunds on deposits. 50% deposit is required when booking. Refunds on all other money is in cases of weather, cancellation on my part, cancellation on your part. Refunds are not given once photos are sent and received. If you are unhappy with photos I’m more than happy to reshoot but a few would be involved in cases of travel or studio rental.
2. I no longer offer in home photo session with the exception of newborn home photos/ fresh 24/48, maternity such as nursery or living room. I can not accommodate for setting up a backdrop in people’s homes.
3. I do have a studio space that is a rented and shared space, prices are more when taking into account the studio space, I have to pay for the space and the set up time each time, this is factored into pricing when I quote you. If you would prefer outdoor there is no studio fee in pricing.
4. I will no longer be accepting backdrops being brought in, but I’d be more than happy to find what you are looking for to buy and keep for the studio.
5. My shooting times are usually not time limited. I don’t go by half an hour or hour time frames. We shoot and get what we need. Newborn are usually allocated 3-4 hour time frames as I need more time. Each session has a guaranteed minimum of 5 photos.
Less than 24 hour notice on cancellations will be subject to a $25 fee for rebooking.
I do work a full time job and am in school full time so my turn around times are around 2 weeks.
When booking please keep in mind, I can do my best but there is not a 100% guarantee that I will have them within a shorter time frame than 2 weeks.
