I got so interested in it that I went to George Brown College for over a year to complete a series of courses and receive Bakery Arts Certificate. So, there are a lot of baking recipes on the blog. I cook simple and quick food most of the time. I try to eat healthy, but I don't follow any of the popular diets that are so in right now. I love roasting food in the oven instead of pan-frying to reduc

e fat in recipes. I use very little salt in my seasoning as I find that there's enough natural salt in most foods. I can't eat many vegetables unfortunately due to some weird health issues, so although I love cooking vegetarian, there are not many vegetable dishes.

In all seriousness, I absolutely loved the Fridge Cigarette drink: Diet Coke and coffee with a cold foam. So delicious!!

And the bagel was yummy!!!

New location is open in Scarborough! You should try it!

Linglong porcelain is famous for its delicate and beautiful design. It’s traditionally done by making tiny holes and then filling them with translucent glaze. The result is lace-like patterns that are visible when the light hits the porcelain at certain angles.

Fish & Chips sounds like an easy meal but it could be done either really well or it could be a disaster. The Big Catch Fish & Chips in Markham does it well!!

Even though everything is deep-fried, it still tastes light. I loved that calamari was really meaty and the shrimp was delicious. Actual fish was perfectly cooked and I loved every bite!

Having an option of getting a salad with my fish was great! Yes, Fish and Chips is traditional but Fish and Salad was perfect!

I don’t like the expression “hidden gem” but in this case the restaurant is a bit hidden. Located in a small plaza in Richmond Hill, not near any other eateries, STROGANOFF | European Restaurant | Richmond Hill is the perfect place for a delicious lunch, dinner, and an experience.

STROGANOFF | European Restaurant | Richmond Hill specializes in Eastern European cuisine with nostalgic dishes that ex-Soviets still enjoy. But if herring and beets aren’t your thing, there are plenty of dishes that would suit any taste!

Portions are generous, prices are fair, atmosphere, decor, service are amazing!

There’s live entertainment on Saturdays and it’s a whole experience! And while the weather is still warm, there’s a beautiful patio as well!

Whether you want to experience a bit of Russian, Ukrainian, Georgian cuisine or just have an amazing meal, Stroganoff is the place to try! I’ve been visiting the restaurant for many years and it’s been consistently amazing!
