Dorwin’s suit is one that will never leave my mind.

That jacket custom made by Ellis Esq is the kind of piece that stops a room before he even says a word. Gold brocade, crown pin, cigar in hand.

Every detail intentional.

This is what happens when you fully commit to showing up as yourself.

So let this be your sign to get that custom suit for your big day from .

May was one for the books 🫶

Halo’s birthday, so many stunning sessions and a few weddings, two mini trips one to Niagara and the other to Ottawa, and so many new memories!

Dreamy doesn’t even cover it 🌸☀️

The perfect golden hour, spring blooms. Ugh it was just incredible.

We started in the fields as the sun was getting low, moved through the blossoms, ended up at the fountains as the light turned gold. Atri and Saanchi just moved through it all like they’d been doing this forever.

They were nervous at the start. By the end they were laughing through every location and I was with them through it all.

That’s the session I always hope for.

This session was about a first home, two engagement rings their dog Solo and cat Ruth who had absolutely no interest in being left out.

A lot of couples ask me what a discovery session actually looks like. The honest answer is, it looks like this.

No perfectly curated location. No pressure to perform. Just you, a space that’s meaningful or new, your person and things that make your life yours.

That’s what I’m there to capture. The in-between moments. The ones that actually look like you.

You don’t need to know what you want yet. Most people don’t when they reach out. They just know they want photos that feel like something.

That’s enough to start 🫶

I have a few 2026 dates left and I’m booking 2027 now. Link in bio.

The first look is one of my favourite moments to photograph 🤍

Not because of the reveal but it’s because of the five seconds after. When you forget the world is there.

Rob and Laura chose to do a private vow read too. Just the two of them, words they wrote for each other.

My second photographer and I stepped back, switched to longer lenses, and just... let it happen. Happy tears. Laughing through words that clearly meant everything and a butterfly that showed up 🦋.

This is why I love what I do.

Nine years of lead up to their day.

A life already full of memories, a perfect dog, and a love that never needed a timeline.

Some moments only make sense in black and white and these are just a few 🤍

Celebrating what they’ve lived, and what’s to come.

The flowers were already there when I arrived 🤍

I set them down by the window before the morning had it’s momentum. Before the room filled and the day had a shape to it. That quiet is where I take the most intentional details. The ones that everybody keeps, because they transport you back to the day.

Karen from had made something that felt so effortless. Colour that sat right between warm and soft, bringing a smile to your face as soon as you saw them. There was something unexpected tucked in just far enough back that finding it felt like a small gift.

I’ve known Amanda for a few years. Getting to be in the room on her wedding day, watching the light come through those windows while everything was still unhurried, that’s the kind of morning that reminds you why slowing down is always worth it.

Just looking at those flowers I already knew the day was going to be bright, adventurous and perfectly Amanda 🫶
