A day filled with so much love, laughter, and the kind of unforgettable moments you simply can’t recreate — including one very unexpected arrival.

Just as their guests gathered for the ceremony, Wade and Erin surprised everyone by being flown in by helicopter, making the most incredible entrance and setting the tone for a wedding that was anything but ordinary.

From the beautiful details to the genuine joy between them, every part of their day felt completely them — romantic, wildly fun, and surrounded by the people who mean the most.

The storm was rolling in all day for Amy & Myles’ Blue Mountain wedding, and with every hour, the forecast seemed to change. 🌧️

We had originally planned for a completely different timeline, but sometimes you have to throw the plan out the window and make the most of what you’re given. So, we made a last-minute decision to do something Amy & Myles never intended to do — a first look.

And honestly? It couldn’t have worked out more perfectly.

That little change gave us a window of dry weather to capture some of the most beautiful portraits of the day mountain top, right before the skies opened up. It’s one of my favourite reminders that wedding days don’t have to go exactly as planned to be absolutely incredible.

Amy & Myles, you two made every change, every weather update, and every unexpected moment so easy — and your Blue Mountain day was nothing short of beautiful. 🤍

The newborn stage is one of those seasons that somehow feels both incredibly long and unbelievably short.

The days are filled with sleepy cuddles, late-night feeds, tiny stretches, and learning all the little things about this brand-new person. It’s beautiful, exhausting, emotional, and before you know it... it’s over.

That’s why I love newborn sessions so much. They’re not about perfect poses or getting every little detail “just right.” They’re about preserving this season exactly as it is. The way your baby curls into your chest. The tiny hands wrapped around your finger. The quiet moments that already feel like they’ll be hard to remember a few years from now.

These images become more than photos. They become reminders of where your story began as a family.

One day your baby won’t be so little anymore, but you’ll always have these moments to look back on.

And I think that’s pretty special. 🤍
