A muddy bike = the sign of a good ride.

“Airing Down” tires is nothing new or different, but I typically forget or am too lazy to air down my tires before taking my bike off road. This past week, during our annual motorcycle trip, we road almost exclusively off road with lots of rocks. For a change I decided to keep drop my tires to 15PSI rather than the street pressure of around 21PSI and man did it make a difference! Sure, I also recently swapped out my rear tire for a more aggressive tread, but I think it was the combo of the two that made riding so much more enjoyable on the trails this time round…

My fourth annual road trip is just around the corner! First thing tomorrow morning I’m heading out with eight other guys to the Algonquin area to hit some trails and catch a twisty road or two.

Riding shoes have come a long way lately! A few years ago, I bought a pair of Joe Rocket riding shoes that were as comfortable as my regular shoes and they were a game changer. Fast forward to today and has an equally awesome riding shoe that both looks fantastic and fits like a glove. I’ve worn these around the office lots of times with no one expecting a thing.

Honestly, can you even spot my turn signals in this shot? These new signals are so small, but somehow way brighter than the bulky stock ones by far! Between taking up way less space, being all metal and borderline indestructible, I’m sold!

This tiny Fanttik X9 Pro tire inflator is the second tire pump I’ve used from the company and it is hands down an upgrade for anyone looking to pack light on the trails!

Our group of bikes stopped our ride and aired up/ down our tires to exactly what we wanted within a couple minutes when we were in the middle of a forest. The only reason I was able to carry this in my bag was due to the pump being super small and light weight. This compact little product is a must-have in my opinion.

I’m really curious to know, what do you honestly think about the look of the CRF 250/300 Rallys? I know for me, at first I glance it was a pretty good looking bike with a really unfortunate (ugly) front headlight. Now after giving it a year, I am slowly warming up to the idea of the “quirky” looking front end.

What do you think?? (You don’t have to worry about sparing my feelings)
