🎂 This is 34 🎂 (yesterday)
My first birthday in Canada in FIVE years!!!! Since 2020!

During my 34th year on this planet, I gratefully got to spend it in 4 different countries:
— 6 months in Brazil 🇧🇷
— 2 weeks in England 🇬🇧
— 4.5 months in Canada 🇨🇦 (5 weeks travel)
— and 3 weeks in Morocco 🇲🇦

With honorable mentions of really short and fun layovers:
— 12 hours in Lima, Peru 🇵🇪
— 23 hours in Dublin, Ireland 🇮🇪

Here are 20 highly memorable moments that altered my brain, whether I knew it or not at the time… in no particular order❤️:

1. 4-day backcountry hike, in Canada, hiking to Mount Assiniboine Provincial Park, BC 🇨🇦
2. My favourite water friends 🏄🏻‍♀️
3. Spent 6 months playing football with these STUNNING women in Brazil. 🇧🇷
4. The day I found out my Brazilian visa was officially extended!!! 🇧🇷
5. Horse Riding on the beach in Morocco 🇲🇦
6. Another backcountry hike - this time 3 days, to the highest peak in all of the Canadian Rockies ⛰️🇨🇦
7. The best part of every day — Açai 🇧🇷
8. These girls are the reason I haven’t lost all sanity. 🫶🏼
9. I spent more time in the hospital than expected 🇧🇷🇨🇦 and more
10. Annual MexicoCrew reunions, forever. 🩷💛🧡🇲🇽 Year 5!
11. My love and obsession with street dogs hit a whole new level 🐕 🇧🇷🇵🇪🇲🇦
12. This sunset in Peru will forever be in my memories. 🇵🇪
13. My 3rd Brazilian Carnaval. And all of its outfits and all of its glory 🇧🇷
14. Friendship and fun 🇲🇦🏄🏻‍♀️
15. My 2025 wedding season and swim season was my best yet!!! 🇨🇦
16. A moment I cried and realized this place truly feels more like home than Canada 🇧🇷
17. Worms. Shrimps. Dicks. Whatever you call them, it’s an absolutely SPECTACULAR game. 🇧🇷🇨🇦🇬🇧
18. Zip lining for free over the Anitta concert in Brazil. Hiiiighly recommend 🇧🇷
19. The year I finally had the money to prioritize my heart and health. And had a damn good time doing it ❤️
