Day after ...

Busy weekend. 3 weddings.

Fun note:

Over the years I have learned to be careful when putting my hands in my pockets the day after a wedding. Dangers

1. Couple had shrimp during cocktail hour and I couldnt get rid of the the tail in time and shoved in my pocket.... those spikes hurt!

2. Bride's relative or friend works at Nestle and brought boxes of chocolates to groom and bride prep. The danger is Marianna finding chocolate wrappers in my pants. Yeah. Yesterday's wedding was awesome.

She was standing in the window light before anyone else was ready. Quiet, still, about an minutes out from a first look she'd been thinking about for months.

Then — Alex saw her.

Vows at the Royal Botanical Gardens as the evening came in. Eight people standing with them. One of those days where nothing needed fixing.

You know one of my favorite moments of any wedding day?

Its odd I know.....

I love this moment when the bride and groom need to move around the seats at the front of the church.

But you need to really understand what is going on here.

Vittoria finally saw her groom Vince at the front of the church. 2 years of planning for this moment. Now they are finally holding hands.

BUT THEY REFUSE TO LET GO!!!!

Even though they have to sort out her dress, move in position in front of the chairs, 100s of people are waiting for them. The priest is watching.

That's the moment I love.
