I'm gonna drop this one on y'all, I do not like posting. Don't like staying by the phone and caring about other people's reaction to my posts, more so seeing no reaction at all, that sh** sucks.
I would very much love to "just post" with no expectations, but the truth is, I care on so many levels.
What I do know, is, the more you cope with posting, the better you get at coping, and posting. So here I go.
Also if anybody got good hashtags to add to posts, holla at me, haven't been around IG seriously for a minute 🙈

The weirdest thing happened to me, as soon as I stopped stressing and stopped thinking about how to get gigs, I got gigs.
I also quit smoking and the day I've made a decision, I had the slowest day ever, like, the day you smoke 2 packs because there's nothing better to do, and I didn't.
Kinda makes you question if there's a mystical connection between our mental states and the cosmos, dozen tit? 🙈

I miss the drive I had last year. I miss rushing home from work so I can finish that edit, so I can work on that song, so I can hang a little longer with friends.
I miss not being able to fall asleep because I had all these ideas, getting up at 2am to go work on another project. I miss having ideas come to my head, the inspiration, the motivation.
I don't miss the frustration of not sleeping for a week and still showing up to work, I don't miss my poor time management, I don't miss the stress of every move I'd make.
I don't miss getting angry at every person who'd cancel, I don't miss my negative attitude.
Life is about balance.

Behold!
Putting together this first open session was a real trip, 5 days from decision to ex*****on, decided I'll give myself no time to stall.
I want to thank everyone who came through and kicked ass with me, drove me around and helped me shop, who stayed on social platforms and send the invites to people with me, who took the time out of their lives to show up, to the photographers and make up artists that showed up, to my biker Bois, my parents who also helped me last minute, and anybody who had anything to do with this awesome pop up event.
Still figuring out how to tag people, help would be appreciated 🙈

And it feels like
I'm standing in a puddle of gasoline with a match and a polaroid of the city lights
Trying to get ahold of myself with a bit of help from the bottle has been a tricky flight
the first song I heard by him was unedible. I still go back to it if you read this my brother your music is timeless and has been there for me throughout my first recurring flashbacks and taken off much of the edge from feeling alone with it. I used to drink myself to sleep as a teen, had constant back pain from stress, always on my toes, and as cool as you see me now, I had to go and make that cool, I've put in work, I've come a long way.

The night of Yom Kipur, an Ethiopian guy climbed this electrical pole and got electrocuted to his death. Me and the others who we're present while the firemen took him off contemplated it was su***de.
When the firemen tried to yank his body off the pole, he was too stiff yo move, so they spent ten minutes working him loose...
To who ever this guy was, Rest in peace, and to anyone seeing this, treasure your lives and stay safe, life's worth living.
