A little direct flash as the sun went down for Roxanne & Jacob. The moon even decided to make a tiny appearance in the background 🌙

It’s not often I get to catch it in a session, so naturally these became a few of my favourites.

Photographing in peak summer just looks so good on film. I love how all these 35mm images turned out from Meghan and Rowan’s wedding at Martin Estates. We had such deep blue skies and really rich greens mixed with direct summer light that made everything look so golden and bright.

These are exactly the kinds of days that make me love shooting film so much.

This quiet celebration at The Dorset in downtown Toronto was reminder that a wedding doesn’t have to be big to feel incredibly meaningful.

I find there’s something very unique and special about photographing celebrations that are intentionally kept small. You’re in a room filled with the people who matter most and you have the freedom to simply enjoy the evening without too much fuss or formality. Intimate weddings have a way of slowing everything down and leaving more space for conversation, connection, and all the little moments happening in between.

One of my favourite details from our shoot in Porto was this getting-ready concept that Tai dreamed up.

Her vision was to have florals everywhere, as if the room had been quietly blooming all morning. It’s one of those ideas that reminds me how much thoughtful design can completely transform a space and tell a story. 🤍
