The world went quiet last night. 🌫️ There’s something cinematic about how fog transforms the city, turning familiar streets into something mysterious and still.

I caught this moment where the light just barely cuts through the mist, highlighting the skeleton of the trees against the urban glow. It’s a reminder that even in the middle of the city, you can find a pocket of total silence if you’re looking for it.

Yesterday was Transit Driver Appreciation Day, and I wanted to share some photos I’ve taken of our local transit systems. Big thanks to the operators at TTC, MiWay, and Brampton Transit (Züm).

Specific shoutout to the drivers on the 112 West Mall, the Züm 502, and the MiWay 28, 107, 110, 53, and 39W routes. You all deal with the weather, the traffic, and the schedules so we can get home to our families. We see the hard work and we appreciate it!

Caught a unique angle of the Absolute World towers (fondly known as the Marilyn Monroe buildings) right as the sun dipped. It’s incredible to think these were the result of an international design competition that put Mississauga on the global architecture map. The way the light catches the wrap-around balconies really highlights that organic, flowing design. 🇨🇦🏙️
