Wedding photographers and videographers are supposed to work as a team. When you hire separate companies that have never worked together, there’s always a chance they have completely different shooting styles—and sometimes they end up competing for the exact same moment.

This is one of the biggest reasons many couples choose a company that provides both photography and videography. We already know each other’s movements, communicate throughout the day, and make sure nobody is blocking those once-in-a-lifetime moments.

Two phrases almost every creative has heard.

What many people don’t see is everything that happens before those final deliverables ever reach your screen—the planning, creative direction, shot list, lighting, setup, multiple takes, editing, colour grading, sound design, and all the little details that make a big difference.

The length of the video or the number of photos doesn’t determine the amount of work behind them. You’re not paying for one minute or five images—you’re investing in experience, creativity, and years of learning the craft.

This past weekend, I had the privilege of providing livestream services for the celebration of life of Maxine.

There was a time when I said I would never photograph or film a funeral. I honestly didn’t think I’d be emotionally comfortable doing it.

But over time, my perspective changed.

What brings me peace isn’t the camera—it’s knowing that I’m helping families stay connected during one of life’s hardest moments. Not everyone can travel. Some loved ones are overseas, serving in the military, dealing with illness, or simply unable to be there in person.

Being able to provide a professional, reliable livestream gives family and friends the opportunity to say their final goodbye, witness the service, and grieve together, no matter where they are in the world.

My sincere condolences go out to Maxine’s entire family and friends, especially my good friend Jude Anthony | Headshots | Corporate | Events ShotBySean and the rest of her loved ones. May you find strength in one another and comfort in the many memories you shared.

It is a responsibility I never take lightly, and every service is handled with the utmost respect, professionalism, and care.

What a weekend! 📸✨

We kicked things off celebrating the beautiful bride-to-be, guneet03r Surrounded by an incredible group of friends and family, the room was filled with so much love, laughter, and excitement for what’s ahead. Thank you all for the warm hospitality and for making me feel like part of the family while capturing such a special day.

Next up was my cousin Andrea baptism. 🙏🏾❤️ Words can’t express how proud I am of you for taking this important step in your journey through life and faith. Watching you grow into the person you’re becoming has been a blessing, and I was honoured to be there to document such a meaningful milestone.

To cap off an already busy weekend, it was time for the world-renowned Soca fitness experience with the one and only Corey Mcintosh 🔥💃🏾🎶

For the past three years, you’ve trusted me to capture your events, and that support never goes unnoticed. Thank you for the opportunity, the continued partnership, and especially for the kind words.
