When we sit down to chat at the beginning of a shoot, one of my favourite questions to ask is "what's the contrast between your looks?" to really maximize the range we get and to give me an idea of where to go with lighting and background. Sometimes the answer is a styling change, or a little shift in energy... And sometimes they seem to essentially be shapeshifters, like the incredible Viona! 😍
