Jesus was innocent, tortured and killed at the hands of his human creation. His sacrifice was so HE could give us a choice at savior from Lucifer, his putrid demon gang and the many sinful humans who tempt and trap. It is only complicated to understand if you allow sin into your life. It is not complicated to understand if you resist sin and the Holy Spirit opens your eyes to this understanding through your faith by your free choice 🙏

Thank you for your service and sacrifice. For keeping us safe from evil🙏

In 2007, Navy SEAL Mike Day survived being shot 27 times by al-Qaeda militants in his legs, arms, abdomen, buttocks, and sc***um, and was knocked out by a gr***de.

Remarkably, he not only survived but also managed to eliminate all four militants and later walked away unaided after regaining consciousness.

He left the Navy in 2010 after 21 years of service. He went on to represent Wounded Warriors, and spent the rest of his life advocating for veterans.

Unfortunately he passed away in March 2023. R.I.P.

This yoga pose is a chest opener, helps to improve flexibility, strength, digestion, blood flow and reduce anxiety. The pressure on the wrist and shoulders also help to strengthen the bones and joints in those areas.

Reach for your maximum stretch, arch your spine and control your balance as you breathe deep and steady. Try for 5 to 10 deep and slow breaths on each side.
