Xenia Concerts in thrilled to welcome Bruce Petherick to the Xenia stage! Bruce is a Vancouver-based pianist and autistic advocate, who has also composed and performed music throughout the world for the last 40 years. Listen however you’re most comfortable (sitting, lying down, or moving around) while Bruce plays a combination of his original works for solo piano and his own interpretations of popular pieces.
This concert is designed to be neurodiversity- and disability-friendly, and Meridian Hall is a wheelchair accessible venue. Bring the whole family! Xenia Concerts welcomes all listeners.

Congratulations Elaine and Doug! This wedding couple made a special request to have a micro photo shoot, with soft boxes following their wedding. This required a lot of careful planning and we were really happy with the results. Special thanks to my father, acting as my assistant on this project.

Seeing everyone in the performance space delighting in the music Okan shared is a powerful memory. Xenia Concerts asked me to document this concert and I feel it's so important to bring more awareness to possibilities of inclusivity in the performing arts for those who are physically challenged or neurodivergent.

Jo Greenaway is a warm soul with ample charm, wit and welcoming confidence. I was happy to add a custom choice 'watermelon' background to the collection for our shoot. Greenaway is a collaborative pianist and vocal coach in Toronto ON who from 2010 to 2018 spent summers on faculty at Oberlin Conservatory’s summer program in Arezzo, Italy. In 2019 Jo began working as a music director for Summer Opera Lyric Theatre in Toronto.

Dr. Brubacher needed professional headshots on an ultra-tight deadline and had a special request to add a personal touch. Can you turn my living room into a studio? Yes, no problem! It was rewarding to show him the process of lighting the background and balancing the main light to give the final effect. Stay tuned for future poses where we show before and after, brightening the background in post-production.
