It's hard to believe that it's been over a year since I posted on here...life's been crazy lately! Between work, school and things in my personal life, I'd been forced to put down my camera for a little while. But I'm happy to be back in a place to get focused on my passion again and start capturing new moments!✨

These photos are of one of my best friends who finished her undergrad this past year. Mack, I'm so incredibly proud of you and the hard work you put into everything you do. It is so exciting to watch you move onto the next part of your education and career journey, and to see your dreams unfold. Thank you so much for letting me capture these important moments for you and I can't wait to see what your future holds 💛

This pandemic has changed a lot of things and has unfortunately been the cause of a lot of missed events. It's difficult to see a positive in missing or having to reschedule important life events such as weddings, birthdays and graduations. I have to say, as a student who's had to study remotely during this pandemic, that it is NOT as easy as some may think. Being able to say that you finished a school year successfully amidst this pandemic is an accomplishment in itself, let alone graduating from your university undergrad program!

One of my best friends, Jessica Allan, has graduated from her undergrad at the University of Toronto and I couldn't be prouder! I was so excited when she asked me to take some photos to commemorate this event, and although it took us MONTHS to get enough time to do them, we finally got them done! I have so much love for you Jess, thank you for being the friend who I can always turn to and depend on, and I am SO excited to see where life takes you next! 💛💛

This prom season was definitely a strange one, and a tough time for those getting ready for such big changes in their lives. However, even with prom being canceled, these girls got dressed up and had lots of fun taking these photos!! I’ve accepted the fact that I take too many photos in forests...perhaps it’s time for a change of scenery!
Hoggs Falls has been a location for a number of photoshoots I’ve done in the past couple of months, and if you get the chance I recommend a visit (don’t forget your bug spray!)☀️
A big thank you to Braydon Gleeson for helping me practice some portraits... like everything there is lots to learn and more work to be done but I’m loving every step! 💛
