I normally wouldn’t post something like this, but after what our family went through, I feel like people need to know.
We ordered floral arrangements for our mom's Celebration of Life through Bloomex, trusting they would deliver something meaningful and respectful. What showed up was completely wrong—every arrangement. Wrong flowers, wrong colours, nothing like what we ordered as you can see in the photos.
We refused the delivery, and the driver took everything back. Since then, we’ve made multiple calls and sent numerous emails (with photo and video proof), and they still refused to refund us.
We’ve now filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Ontario.
This happened during one of the hardest moments of our lives, and it made everything even more stressful.
Please—if you’re ordering flowers for someone important, especially if you won’t be there to see them—support a local florist instead.
