Tiny details, big safety measures 🤍

Many of the newborn poses you see are actually created with parent support and careful editing to keep baby safe at all times. In these two images, you can see the before and after — one with a parent’s hands supporting baby, and the final edited image.

Your baby’s comfort and safety will always come first during my sessions. Every pose is done gently, patiently, and at baby’s pace ✨

This summer is going to look a little different for us 🤍

We’re hoping to move to Alberta before September, and while we’re so excited… it also makes this season here feel really meaningful.

I would love nothing more than to spend these next couple months capturing your memories—before we say goodbye to Tumbler Ridge 🥹

This is why newborn photos matter.

Not just the tiny details —
but having those first moments beautifully preserved forever.

This sweet family travelled for their studio newborn session,
and little man was not into sleeping at first.

And that’s okay 🤍

We slowed everything down, followed his lead, and worked at his pace…
and still created the most beautiful, peaceful images you see here.

Because even in a studio session, nothing is rushed.
It’s calm, baby-led, and gently guided to keep your little one safe and comfortable the entire time ✨
