Tinto-Hamood Photography Freelance photographer based in Halifax, NS. I capture people, animals, and the thrill of live sports—from hockey rinks to baseball fields and beyond.

On location or in studio, I turn moments into lasting memories. For as long as I can remember I have always had a passion for photography. In 2017, I took the plunge and started my photography career. Confucius said "Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life". I finally understand what that means! Photography is what I am meant to do and I would be honored to capture

your special moments with the people (and pets) you hold close to your hearts. Rates:
Outdoor: $250. Sessions typically last about an hour, you will receive digital copies of all photos. No sitting fees! Studio: I have a small indoor studio and can photograph pets and children for $125. (30 minute sessions)

Ok so this is Kae Tinto - my beautiful, amazing, adventurous kind hearted Scottish soul I get to call my cousin. (Her father and my father are brothers). We've recently reconnected over the past few years and its been a real gift getting to know her.

It's she who has convinced me to join her (and 23 others) on the last 100kms of the Camino Pilgrimage from Sarria to Santiago in Spain.

The team has been raising money for The Polar Academy - a Scottish charity that works with young people suffering with low self esteem, bullying, trauma or mental wellbeing challenges, helping them build confidence through intensive training and Arctic expeditions.

I didn't set any fundraising goals as the charity was based in Scotland and I thought it might be difficult to hit my goal if the recipients were not from this part of the world... I'm regretting that now, I should have set a goal regardless.. so, on the eve of my departure I thought I would put this out there to see if I could possibly round up a few donations for this wonderful charity.
