It's been a hot minute!

Hi Everyone!

For those who are new to my page, my name is Brigitte. I reside in Uxbridge, ON where I farm alongside my family where I oversee the genetics of the herd as well as daily operations. You can find me most mornings and evenings milking the cows.

Off farm I work as the Marketing and Promotions Manager for the Canadian Speckle Park Association where I work with our members, industry partners as well as our global Speckle Park breed associations to promote the breed. Part of my job is editing our semi annual magazine Spotlight On Speckle Park, promoting our national level shows such as the National Speckle Park Show at Canadian Western Agribition and aiding in managing our National at CWA.

I am no stranger to shows both inside the ring and in the barn. I have had some incredible opportunities to picture many of the top dairy shows in Canada and the US as well as beef shows. From The Royal to WDE and local 4-H shows I have had some amazing opportunities.

Royal Highlights 2025

Life Update:

The last couple of months have been the busiest I have had a long time. On top of helping in the barn as much as possible my other job (besides owning a business) working as the Marketing and Promotions Manager for the Canadian Speckle Park Association has been a lot fun (and yes it is work sometimes). I have been involved with the beef industry for almost 20 years and working back in the industry with many of my friends and a couple of my old bosses is probably one of the best parts of what I do everyday.

Published my first magazine as well as ad design, designed and published my first sales catalogue, aiding in banner sponsorship for our three nationally recognized shows and beginning to plan 2026, it's been really cool.

Everyday I am grateful for all the experiences that come with this position and grateful for being able to work in an industry that gets me excited to be apart of.

You will see me at a few events with my camera this year, still as me and again thank you everyone for their support! It's been a lot fun seeing all the photos for the upcoming Royal and I look forward to seeing everyone this week!
