DG Photography, was founded by Dean Guzman back in 1988 in California. The business moved to Vancouver, Canada in 1991 but it wasn’t until 2003 when it became more active in the local photography scene. One of the first high-profile events DGP covered was the 2003 Molson Indy Vancouver, an annual Champ Car race held in a street circuit right in downtown Vancouver. Dean Guzman was one of the photog

raphy judges for the Ms. The years that followed saw DGP activity explode as Dean covered various events, including the Odlum Brown Vancouver Tennis Open, Ms. World Canada, IPSC Pistol Shooting Provincial and National Shooting Competitions and tons of local events, dance recitals, concerts, etc. In 2007, DGP was one of the photographers covering the America Concert held in Manila, Philippines. During business trips to Las Vegas, DGP photographed artists, Lani Misalucha and her sister, Karlyn; a movie Premiere Red Carpet event held at the Hilton Hotel, Media Day at the 2012 SHOT Show, AVN Show and Pl***oy models. Starting in 2008, DGP became the Photography Editor for Living Today Magazine, the first Filipino-Canadian Lifestyle Magazine. DGP also produced calendars for DVC Ventures, a very popular Indoor Shooting Range just outside of Vancouver and continues to cover their fundraising events. DGP is also the Official Team Photographer of the 2012/2013 LFL Canada Team – BC Angels, who were 2012 Champions. Current and forthcoming activities include sports, concerts, fundraising and other performing arts events.

Very honoured and proud to be a guest at (and also helped record the whole unveiling ceremony) this prestigious event held by Royal Columbian Hospital, RCH Foundation and the Jack & Sylvia Gin Foundation ... this will greatly benefit our community for many, many years to come, our families, our children and our grandchildren!!! What a legacy Jack and Sylvia have built, they have been my friends and business associates for over a quarter of a century. Thank you.
