It’s giving May in vancouver but we’re planning a trip to Thailand in November kinda energy - and yes we might have never shared these photos because that post-covid trip in 2022 was overwhelmingly stimulating in a pleasant way.

Early morning photoshoots were always part of our travel routines but it hit extra hard when we did it for the first time after couple years of quarantine lifestyle. You can probably imagine our faces when we arrived at the giant dragon spot - it’s this type of euphoric moments you can not get from just staying home.

That trip activated something very human in us - before AI shortly arrived months later.

High school sweethearts Min Jee and Spencer made this session super fun for us with their dedication to gather all the props 😄

Some weddings feel like a dream, but Lucy & Matthew’s felt like an ancient myth that came to life.

This was our cinematic medieval meets modern fairy tale moment. Spoiler alert: epic Banff mountains, castle core and sword cake-cutting with a sword are all part of the story line.

From the black-caped officiant to the solemn vows written like poetry, to the grandeur of a stone-walled castle hall — every detail whispered of dark fairytales, literary magic, and deep devotion. This day carries this much soul ❤️🥺

Fun fact: Lucy wore a Vera wang dress “Liesel” down the aisle, not only is it a gown that she fall in love with at first sight, but it’s also the name of a character she cosplayed. So this dress literally is whispering her name🥰

Thank you Lucy & Matthew for letting us step into this legend of yours 🥺
