The Kettle Valley Trail is the longest rail trail network in BC, offering about 650 kms of connected pathways in the southern region of the province popular with hikers and cyclists. I spent the actual hottest day of the year exploring it (mainly heat stricken in between winery stops) and can’t wait to get back there next year, so much to explore 🚴🏻‍♀️

Missing my family so deeply. Not knowing when I’ll be able to see them is really tough. My mum sent me a photo of my dad the other day (second slide) and it reminded me of this photo I took of him years ago. I definitely get my love for finding a shady spot on a hot summers day to read for hours from him.

It was Mother’s Day in Argentina yesterday— I was always incredibly close to my mum, so the past 12 years of living away from home have been extra hard. I think of her every day 🤍 I need to photograph her more often but she hates sitting for me. This was taken about 10 years ago for my project Wolves, exploring matriarchy within my family.
