It's the first day of summer and I may or may not have just popped a bottle of champagne like Morgan to celebrate 🍾

A year ago today I celebrated summer solstice in the streets of Paris with Fête de la Musique. Wandering the streets in lingering twilight with gelato in hand, while live music filled the air, was magical. It will forever be one of my favorite starts to summer!

The last month has been a whirlwind and as I quickly pack my bag for yet another wedding in the okanagan, I can't help but feel very grateful. My heart is full and my creative soul is happy. This weekend was pure magic. My dear friend Liza Child Design married the love of her life Tim in the most romantic ceremony. As I sit here trying to express my thoughts and memories, there simply are no words to truly describe what an incredible day it was. Tears, laughter and plenty of champagne accompanied their intimate celebration surrounded by their closest friends. Liza and Tim, you are two of the most beautiful people inside and out, your love is infectious and I couldn't be happier you've officially tied the knot!
