Hey pals! Here's some recent work (er, work you haven't seen as well because your homegirl over here doesn't do the insta thing very well) and hopefully reminding you to spend a moment doing something that brings you a little joy - even if it's just a 3-minute jam in your car to a new song you love (my self-care repertoire these days) or taking an extra minute or two to really enjoy a meal. I've been finding so much joy in cooking these days - and I've always enjoyed it in the past - but I've been known to get a little obsessed with stuff (I just get really interested in things, okay?) and it's my top no. 1 *thing* right now. If you're a past client or a friend you've for sure heard me go on and on about the NYT cooking app. Anyway...this is your invitation to talk to me about cooking please if that's something you like because I need other people to talk to about it so send me a DM and I'm actually not joking.

I didn't mean to go on that tangent, but here we are! Just a bit about what I'm up to besides working, being a mummy, and sending voice memos to my friends in my car. Love you! Thanks for letting me be a lil offbeat and trusting me to take your photos!

I have nothing to say except that I feel like I'm running from one project to the next, my house is a mess, my child is well-fed and well-loved, I am well-caffeinated and only slightly sleep-deprived, and I'm only doing stream of consciousness posts from now on because how else are you going to know it's not AI slop straight from the mouth of a large language model? Having to post the chillest images these days since my photos keep getting flagged 🫠

Will figure out a solution soon, I swear.

A year ago, my studio went through a lil reno and the diving wall was removed. I had been wanting this change for a while, and now that the space is one big open room, I've been working with new angles which I could not previously get before. I am LOVING the results, and lately I notice the energy of the space has been transformed because of it. It sounds a little woo, but it just *feels* better; I'm approaching shoots with more openness and trying new things, pushing myself more, and really just having more fun. I can't wait to show some of this new work off!! So stay tuned, k??

I'm out of IG jail and therefore very behind on posting so I'm just going to photo dump while I'm here and the baby naps on me in the carrier.

Hi, I'm Pamela! I'm the artist and intensely curious human behind the camera who takes your bo***ir photos. I believe that this bo***ir experience has the ability to heal and help people improve and deepen their relationship with themselves, which can positively impact every other aspect of their lives. This is ultimately why I do this work, and truly feel honoured to have so many people trust me with the most vulnerable parts of themselves.

If you're thinking of working with me, I want you to know that you are in good hands, and you are SAFE. I think safety and healing are cornerstones of my brand first and foremost, and then of course comes QUALITY. My work is extremely consistent and what you see on my Instagram, webpage, etc. is what you can expect for your own shoot. These sessions are carefully curated to facilitate healing and growth, produce beautiful art, and cement a meaningful memory for you to cherish forever in your life going forward 💗
