Photography has been an integral part of my life for the past 40 years as a hobby and now a developing business. Over the past couple of years experimenting with different forms of photography I became interested in the concept of PhotoTherpy as I realized the medium was helpful in bringing people beyond negative issues they had with their bodies.A Positive Body Image Photo-Session is a wonderful

Developing a positive body image and a healthy mental attitude is crucial to our happiness and wellness. The goal of Positive Body Image Photography is to help people connect with the positive and beautiful aspects of their human form; to allow people to see themselves as other people do. In this fashion Body Image Photography helps to overcome some of the negative feelings we typically hold-on to when we think about ourselves as judgment from what society tends exemplify as being beautiful, handsome, thin or fit. If you are not happy with your body, you cannot be happy in your mind. It is through photography that we have found a way to help people to accept themselves for who you are. We help you to see the true beauty you posses and to see it in a positive, healthy and beautiful way. It is through an artistic photo-shoot that we can help you to unleash and remove the blinkers and the blindfold that has stopped you in the past from seeing the beautiful you. We walk you through step by step before, during and after the photo shoot why you actually do look good and point out all your positive traits.
